How Reviews Work
Who can review
Anyone who bought and received an item in this online shop (website or app) can review it; such reviews are marked "Verified Purchase". Purchases made through marketplaces such as TikTok or eBay cannot be reviewed here.
When a review appears
A review from a verified purchase is published immediately and unedited — even before we have seen it. We check it afterwards.
Positive and negative alike
We publish positive and critical reviews equally and do not remove a review for being unfavourable.
When a review is removed
Only on five legally permitted grounds — insult, demonstrably false statement of fact, spam, advertising, or if it is not product-related. A report alone is not such a ground; it is only a prompt for us to check.
